About the role

 

The HR Analyst will take full ownership of HR technology, data and processes using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring they run smoothly and evolve to meet the organization’s growing needs. As a key driver of HR system effectiveness, you will proactively identify challenges, implement solutions, and optimize processes to support business objectives. Your techno-functional expertise will bridge the gap between operational requirements and system execution, ensuring a seamless experience for employees, Leaders and HR teams. You will play a critical role in enhancing workforce management and driving efficiency across HR functions.

This is a Global role anchored in the Total Rewards CoE. While you’ll be part of a collaborative team, you’ll individually own and drive accountability for SuccessFactors. DLF offers a hybrid work model, working from home and office 2-3 days/week. Ideally this role sits in in either DLF Lindsay, Ontario, Canada office or in La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA.

 

  • SuccessFactors System Management: Address HRIS system-related questions through troubleshooting, configuration and design of business processes, workflow, security, and report modifications.
  • Manage the HR data model, ensuring integrity and usability.
  • Oversee master data governance and accuracy across HR systems.
  • Technology roadmap: Shape and drive the HR tech roadmap, ensuring alignment with future business requirements.
  • Support the Global HR team with annual cycle system administration tasks. Examples include but not limited to: Employee engagement survey data, Performance development programs, Compensation programs and Compliance programs.
  • Provide servicedesk support for employees. Ensure stakeholders within the organization stay updated on the status of queries, issues, and concerns.
  • Own relationships with external vendors
  • Support and provide configuration and testing assistance related to SFF enhancements and implementations.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Creating reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and compliance efforts.
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in HR workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Training & Support: Assisting HR staff and employees in using SuccessFactors effectively.

 

Qualifications for the ideal candidate:

 

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited college or university or a mix of education and experience.
  • ⁠Extensive knowledge and understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors HRIS/HCM systems functional experience is an asset.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, exports/imports, etc.
  • Self-managing and results oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to train and explain concepts and technologies to all levels of the organization.
  • ⁠Impeccable attention to detail to help maintain our HR architecture, processes, security, and data integrity.
  • ⁠Able to navigate both structured and flexible environments while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines with ease.
  • Collaborates effectively with teams, taking ownership and leading projects from initiation to completion.
  • Up to 20% travel domestic and international.
