About the job

The Supply Planning Manager supports operational excellence by managing supply planning activities, aligning resources with demand, and ensuring adherence to governance standards. This role is responsible for defining and improving planning processes, driving consistency across teams, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights. Additionally, the Supply Planning Manager will play a key role in preparing the organization for the future implementation of Anaplan, ensuring current practices are system-ready and scalable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day supply planning activities to ensure alignment between supply, demand, and resource capacity.
  • Support governance and compliance activities within supply chain planning, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure supply plans align with business priorities and service-level goals.
  • Develop and document planning processes, procedures, and workflows to drive standardization and efficiency.
  • Monitor supply performance, identify risks or gaps, and recommend corrective actions to maintain service and cost objectives.
  • Contribute to readiness for Anaplan implementation by aligning processes and ensuring data, workflows, and planning practices are system-ready.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, operations planning, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, demand/supply balancing, and resource planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Anaplan or advanced planning tools a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities.

 

Compensation and Benefits: 

DLF USA Inc. offers a compensation plan that includes a base salary, benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan with company contribution, paid holidays, vacation, and personal days. Compensation will be based on experience.
