About the role:
We are currently seeking an energetic, innovative and passionate Customer Service professional to join our team in Truganina. You will be responsible for providing a high level of quality service to both internal and external customers. This role would suit a friendly individual who likes to dot their i’s and cross their t’s.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Relaying seasonal information to customers regarding availability and supply of Seeds
  • Updating customers on order and distribution constraints
  • Processing orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaising with freight companies
  • Managing consignment stock and working closely with the accounts team
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Updating data in our CRM system.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous customer service and administration experience in a wholesale environment with demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Developed customer service skills with a professional and approachable phone manner
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Competent in using the MS office suite (particularly excel) as well as a variety of databases
  • Experience in Navision platforms (or similar large ERP systems) would be looked upon favourably but not essential
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to learn complex information quickly
  • Experience in dealing with freight companies would be beneficial.
