PGG Wrightson Grain provides production and supply contracts to arable growers, dairy farmers, livestock producers, and food and feed manufacturers throughout New Zealand. Our crop trading, supply chain, and logistics activities are managed by a team with deep industry knowledge and a strong network of assets and relationships.
We are currently seeking a Processing & Logistics Coordinator to join our Te Awamutu team. This full-time role plays a key part in the day-to-day running of our site—coordinating customer orders, overseeing stock and logistics, and supporting the wider operational team to ensure smooth processing and dispatch of goods.

About You:
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll be confident working with systems (especially ERP platforms like Navision), understand how logistics operations work, and enjoy juggling priorities. You’ll have a proactive mindset and be someone who naturally seeks continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in our ERP system (Navision).
- Coordinate freight and dispatch with transport providers and warehouse staff.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and inventory accuracy.
- Act as the site ‘go-to’ for systems and documentation—championing best practices in processing and reporting.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Support site health and safety standards and compliance.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administration, supply chain, or logistics coordination role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience using large ERP systems (Navision experience is ideal).
- Advanced Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent time management.
- Experience in agricultural, manufacturing or logistics environments is advantageous.
