Senior IT Project Manager

DLF is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead our global ERP implementation and drive strategic transformation across the organization. The role focuses on strong stakeholder management, cross-functional alignment, and delivery excellence in a global environment.

You will work closely with IT Leadership and business stakeholders to define and execute the ERP roadmap, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across regions.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of the ERP program—from planning through deployment—while managing risks, dependencies, and organizational change. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones and partner with PMO and business leaders to ensure effective governance and execution.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals through effective scope, budget, risk and stakeholder management.

• Drive stakeholder management at all levels, from executive leadership to operational teams, ensuring alignment, engagement, and adoption

• Champion project and portfolio management best practices (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile), driving consistency and agility across project teams.

• Partner with IT and business leadership to define and implement ERP strategy, roadmap, and deployment plans

• Lead change management and business transformation efforts to support ERP adoption and process standardization

• Drive initiatives that improve transparency, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement

This role reports to the Head of IT Project Management and is part of the Global IT organization.

Who are you?

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex, global ERP environments and can lead large-scale transformation programs with confidence.

You might recognize yourself in the following:

• A degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in project management in large-scale IT or ERP programs
• Proven track record of delivering ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Strong experience in stakeholder management across global, matrixed organizations
• Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of project methodologies and change management frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple time zones and distributed teams effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage)
