- Facilitate transparent communication and alignment with local stakeholders in sales and product management, ensuring consistency in product positioning and market approach
- Responsibility of our European production plan, taking into account the multi-year cycle of agricultural production to ensure the right availability of products
- Monitor and proactively manage seed stock and day-to-day allocation, addressing both shortages and excesses to maintain healthy stock levels
The Product & Marketing team at DLF focuses on introducing new varieties developed by our R&D department, creating solutions grounded in research, and offering skilled technical guidance to customers. You will join a Product & Marketing team where collaboration and mutual respect are at the heart of how we work. Our team values shared knowledge, open dialogue, and a culture where diverse perspectives improve decision-making.
We imagine that you have:
- Demonstrated experience managing product portfolios in agriculture, horticulture, or a related industry, with a focus on long-term market fit and lifecycle planning.
- Proficient in using data to structure decisions and processes, including experience with forecasting and stock management.
- Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships across central and local teams, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
- Written and spoken Danish and English skills at a professional level, as these are our working languages.
