DLF is looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect with strong ERP and Finance knowledge to shape and drive the future of our global ERP and application landscape as part of a major business transformation program.
DLF is seeking an experienced Enterprise ERP Architect to define, govern, and evolve our global ERP architecture and ensure alignment with our business strategy. The role focuses on creating a scalable, harmonized, and future-proof architecture that supports global operations and enables our ERP modernization journey.
You will work closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to design the target architecture, guide solution design, and ensure consistency across regions and systems.
In this role, you will act as the architectural authority across the ERP landscape—from defining principles and blueprint to ensuring quality, governance, and alignment during implementation. You will collaborate across functions and regions to ensure the ERP platform supports business capabilities, integrations, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the global enterprise and ERP architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and scalability requirements
- Design end-to-end ERP architecture, including modules, integrations, data structures, and technology stack
- Establish and enforce global architectural principles across applications, integrations, data flows, and security
- Drive the design and governance of the global ERP template to ensure consistency and harmonization across regions
- Act as the technical gatekeeper for ERP and integration changes, ensuring adherence to standards and target architecture
- Oversee integrations and system interactions, including middleware, APIs, and third-party applications
- Provide architectural guidance during ERP program execution, including vendor selection, solution design, and implementation phases
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs across Finance, Supply Chain, Laboratory, and Grower domains
- Ensure quality assurance through architecture reviews, validation processes, and governance forums (e.g., CAB, release governance)
- Support the transition from legacy ERP (NAV2018) by maintaining stability, guiding development, and ensuring alignment with future architecture
- Partner with stakeholders across IT and business to support capability mapping, process alignment, and ERP roadmap execution
- Identify architectural risks and define mitigation strategies to support successful delivery of the ERP program
Who are you?
We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with string ERP and Finance background who thrives in complex, global environments and can define and govern enterprise architecture in large-scale transformation programs.
You might recognize yourself in the following:
A degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting or a related field
10+ years of experience in ERP architecture, enterprise architecture, or ERP consulting
Proven experience with global ERP implementations and multi-country template rollouts
Strong experience designing integrations, data models, and multi-layer architectures (ERP, integration, data, front-end)
Experience with Microsoft technology stack, including Dynamics, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, and middleware
Experience working with legacy ERP systems and modernization programs (e.g., NAV/Business Central is an advantage)
Strong understanding of finance processes and data structures (e.g., chart of accounts, dimensions, financial postings)
Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional global teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on architectural guidance
Fluency in English
