About us

DLF is a Danish owned global company developing, producing and selling primarily grass seed to agriculture, sports and leisure facilities and private consumers. With a market share of about 50% in Europe and 25% worldwide we are a significant player in our business. Our headquarter is based in Roskilde, moving to Måløv in 2024 and we have more than 2000 employees worldwide working with R&D, production, commercial activities, distribution and staffs functions.

About the position

You will join the Group HR function reporting to the Head of HR for DLF. You will be based at our headquarter, but work closely with our colleagues around the world.

The main part of your job will be to be HR Business Partner to our global R&D organization with +200 employees. R&D is right now embarking on an ambitious change journey with HR playing a key role so you will be working closely with HR leaders and employees on organizational, leadership and people development as well as driving the annual HR wheel. The R&D organization is global so some travel and meetings outside of normal working hours is part of the job, however we offer a lot of flexibility in terms of organizing your working life.

The other part of your job will be to work with the rest of the global HR organization on joint initiatives. We are particularly looking to strengthen our team with a colleague with strong experience and interest in leadership and talent development programmes and initiatives.

About you

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR Business partner used to working closely with line of business and taking a lead on driving the full HR agenda in a unit. You have a broad HR tool box and can be effective and efficient both at strategic and at operational level. You are a strong communicator at all levels in an organization and you are an active and engaged team player.

That said, previous experience is of course important, but so is your professional dedication, curiosity and interest in contributing and taking ownership as part of our journey.

As a person you are outgoing, analytical, work independently and quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks. You have the ability both to be efficient when it comes to completing more operational tasks and conceptual and creative when it comes to seeing needs for new initiatives, coming up with responses and ensuring implementation in real life.

We will be screening applications and inviting for interviews on an on-going basis, so please submit your application right away.

DLF want to promote equality and diversity. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply - regardless of ethnic background, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or age. We therefore recommend not to state age etc. on application documents.
