We are located in Roskilde, Denmark (soon in a new headquarter in Smørum) with 2,000 employees across more than 20 countries, serving customers in 100 countries. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Controller / Internal Auditor to be part of enhancing the way we do compliance and internal audit in DLF. You know the game and how to create fantastic results in close co-operation with engaged colleagues and stakeholders all over the world.

Unfolding some of your responsibilities and tasks…

• Financial group controlling of our 40+ legal entities in Europe, Oceania, South America and North America, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting  
• Engaging in valuable dialogue with our colleagues around the world about financial performance, supporting them in succeeding in their day-to-day operation.
• Group consolidation and elimination on a monthly basis, using “Onestream” platform
• Driving various finance projects, implementing guidance and policies, and supporting our global colleagues in aligning to our DLF GAAP   
• Preparing the yearly Group financial statement (financial year ending 30 June)
• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis to Group management
• Act as a world champion business partner for the organization

What we expect…

• You have a vast (5+ years) experience from a similar position
• You have a relevant degree in Audit or Finance
• You have a superb self-driven and ambitious attitude, a critical sense of detail but also with the ability to cut through in a practical manner when required
• You are able to spot and convert complicated issues into a simplified way of presentation, and able to bring solutions to the table.
• You excel when having multiple tasks at once, demonstrating your excellent overview and communication skills involving stakeholders on all levels  
• You speak and write perfect English
• You have vast experience in Group consolidation and preparing financial statements. It is not a prerequisite but is considered a bonus, if you have pre-knowledge to Onestream consolidation system.
• You have insight into accounting regulation (we are preparing financial statement according to Årsregnskabsloven)
• You acknowledge that being part of a Group Finance team in a group with a year-end closure 30 June require some sort of workload during the summer.
