Reporting directly to the Regional CFO of our European business, you will be a vital part of a dynamic team that fuels fact-based decision making through internal reporting and thorough analysis. Your insights will guide the leadership of a high-performing business unit generating around DKK 3 billion in revenue.
You will work with business performance analysis and forecasting – your ability to convert data into actionable insights will be essential. Your focus will be on developing the needed tools and processes that can facilitate both existing dialogues and generate new ones. Your main tools will be PowerBI and underlying data models, OneStream, Excel, PowerPoint (Thinkcell) and your responsibilities will vary within the areas below.
- Develop, build, and maintain analytical tools to create and improve transparency on relevant performance metrics for the Senior Leadership Team, enabling leaders to quickly understand, communicate, and act on relevant business insights.
- Support the monthly as well as forecast reviews, facilitate the process with relevant tools & packages to fuel professional, fact-based and relevant business discussions.
- Improve the forecast and monthly reporting process using your professional toolbox to guide business decision-makers, ensuring the right focus on key financial metrics with a mindset that helps the organization in shifting from “producing data to using data”.
- Do complex analysis and present key conclusions to create the best possible dialogue with key stakeholders, ensuring clarity around business-critical discussions and actions.
- Support senior leadership with relevant ad-hoc analysis and insights to help understand the business and potential challenges.

We are looking for an engaged, bright, and eager talent with experience in similar roles in FP&A, Commercial or Business Finance. You perceive the DLF journey as an exciting career opportunity and want to improve your skills within the field of Business Finance. Other than that, if you can check most of the boxes below, we would really like to hear from you!
- Business performance mindset: Strong skills in P&L analysis of revenue, COGS, and profitability to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvements.
- Cash flow management and working capital optimization: You have worked with cash flow forecasting and analysis of working capital components, along with identifying opportunities for improvements.
- You bring strong communication and presentation skills to interact with business leaders.
- You bring an engaged and friendly attitude to work – and you want to learn and contribute.
- You have a relevant degree in Economics or equivalent, preferably with 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
- You have experience working with financial tools in Excel and PowerBI as well as the underlying data models.
- You have experience with NAV Dynamics and/or OneStream (experience is an advantage but not a requirement)
- You are open to a blend of new as well as operational tasks.
- You think DLF sounds like a great place to work and can see yourself here long-term.
You speak English fluently and have excellent writing skills as well (Corporate Finance includes individual from various nationalities, so Danish is not a prerequisite - but will be considered an advantage.)
