Sales Operations Coordinator

Are you highly organised, data-driven and keen to play a pivotal role in supporting sales growth? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to help our sales team work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

In this role, you’ll:

• Streamline sales processes and remove administrative bottlenecks.
• Provide actionable insights through reporting, data analysis, and CRM optimisation.
• Support the Sales Manager, Sales Agronomists and National Technical Manager with planning, projects and reporting.
• Coordinate key product launches and special sales projects across the business.
• Monitor rebates, analyse effectiveness, and identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product releases
