Safety, Health and Wellbeing Coordinator/Business Partner

Lincoln, Canterbury

Part time or Full Time work Available (32 – 40 Hours per week)

PGG Wrightson Seeds is part of the global DLF Group, servicing both New Zealand and international markets. We work across the entire seed journey from research and development through to production, processing, and on-farm support supplying high-quality seed to arable growers, livestock producers, and food and feed manufacturers.

PGG Wrightson Seeds is now seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator/Business Partner to join our People Team. In this role, you will promote our strong safety culture and help ensure we meet and maintain health, safety, and wellbeing compliance to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conduct the annual health and safety audits of operational sites nationally
• Support the team on incident management and investigations
• Support all business teams on safety related matters
• Participate in the development of safe operating procedures (SOPs)
• Provide reports on HS&W KPIs and statistical analysis

Skills and Experience:

• A commitment to and demonstrated interest in Health and Safety
• An experienced administrator, the ability to pick up systems with ease.
• A certificate or qualification relevant to the role - H&S/Admin (Desirable)
• Excellent communication both written and verbal

• Ability to work as a team player and contribute positively to an organisation
