About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager: People & Culture – Oceania, you’ll play a key part in delivering efficient and friendly HR support to our teams. Your day will be varied—drafting employment agreements, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing HR systems, coordinating training, and helping managers and employees with all things People & Culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Lincoln office.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR, business, or a related field (or working towards one)
  • At least one year’s experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong technical skills in HR systems, Excel, AI and the Microsoft Suite
  • Great communication, attention to detail, and a knack for building positive relationships
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude and a genuine interest in supporting others
