We are seeking a skilled National Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate our customer service function across the organisation. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience that aligns with our purpose, values, and strategic direction.

You will lead a national customer service team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence across processing, systems, and service delivery. Acting as the voice of the customer internally, you’ll partner across the business to strengthen relationships, improve outcomes, and enhance our reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing national customer service team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service across internal and external customers
  • Represent the Customer Service function in cross‑functional forums, bringing the voice of the customer into business decision‑making
  • Use customer feedback and performance data to enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey and embed service best practice
  • Oversee customer‑related systems, processes, and technologies to ensure accurate processing and clear product availability and order status communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise inventory levels, drive freight and operational efficiencies, and deliver against service-level commitments

  • Experience overseeing systems, processes, and enhancing operational performance
