International Shipping Coordinator - Lincoln

PGG Wrightson Seeds is part of the global DLF group, servicing New Zealand and global markets. We cover every stage of the seed journey, from research and development through to production, supply, and on-farm support. We are one of New Zealand's leading processors of seed and grain products for the arable industry. The business provides products and services to arable growers, livestock producers and to food and feed manufacturers.

PGG Wrightson Seeds is seeking an International Shipping Coordinator.

We are looking for an experienced shipping coordinator, strong administrator OR a recent graduate with a supply chain or related qualification who is passionate about the shipping, export & import industry.

About the role and requirements:

• We ship seed all over the world - you will be part of a dedicated team working to international vessel schedules. 
• Great team player - ready and willing to lend a hand. Accurate data entry and strong admin skills are a must.
• Strong numerical skills and analytical skills, a competent level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the agricultural, freight forwarding, transportation or logistics industry is advantageous.

Ideally the candidate will possess several years' experience in the shipping and export industry, although we will consider applicants with an appropriate graduate qualification.

To be successful in the role you will be a personable team player and will have the flexibility to work across several business divisions. You will also have the ability to learn complex information quickly and apply this knowledge throughout all facets of the role. This role is crucial to ensuring our international clients receive the highest level of customer service possible.
