PGG Wrightson Seeds is one of New Zealand's leading processors of seed and grain products for the arable industry. The business operates throughout New Zealand and Australia and provides products and services to arable growers, livestock producers and to food and feed manufacturers.

We are currently seeking interest for competent and energetic Plant Operator’s to join our Corson Maize team, based in Gisborne. This is an important role within our motivated and hard-working team. You will have a passion for machine operation, be a good communicator and take pride in your work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safe operating of seed processing plant, machinery, and equipment
• Warehousing and distribution
• Ensuring compliance standards are met.
• Ensuring documentation is completed accurately.
• Forklift driving

If you have a background in operating plant and machinery, working in stores or warehouses and an interest in the agriculture industry in a role which offers variation throughout the season then we want to hear from you.

Onsite training in plant operation will be provided and you will be required to complete training in confined spaces, at heights training and to obtain a forklift license (if not already held).
