DLF Canada Inc., North America SBU is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Associate for our Western Canada Business Unit located in Edmonton, Alberta.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This job is responsible for creating an environment of good customer service through actions. This includes ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, ensure interactions are dealt with in a professional manner and maintain a positive, friendly work ethic within a team environment. Strong data entry skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft platform is required. Balance the needs of internal/external customers and the business unit administrative requirements.

· Customer Service activities for our Retail Division -ensure “total customer satisfaction”

· Order entry processing activities

· Creating blend sheets

· Posting Blend sheets

· Invoicing

· Accounts Receivables activities – invoicing, credit memo processing as needed

· Assist sales team activities -quotes, pricing, and availability

· Tracking Shipments

· Accounts Payable activities as needed

· Support other team members

 

Qualifications:

· 2 plus years of office/administrative experience in agricultural sales-related business, seed experience preferred

· Post-secondary education in office, business related programs

· Accounting experience an asset

· Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel & Word

· Navision software experience an asset

Compensation and Benefits:

This position comes with a competitive compensation plan that includes a base salary, benefits, Group RRSP option with company matching program. Compensation will be based on experience. Parking is free.
