PGG Wrightson Seeds is one of New Zealand's leading processors of seed and grain products for the arable industry. The business operates throughout New Zealand and Australia and provides products and services to arable growers, livestock producers and to food and feed manufacturers.
We are now seeking 2x team members for key roles at our site based in Ashburton.
The right person will have an eye for detail, excellent documentation, problem solving and have a good grip on processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plant Operator
- Machine operation/Treater Operator (Plant Operator)
- Seed dressing
- Collect and file samples of all products produced.
Storeperson
- Providing efficient and professional customer service to transport providers, clients and maintaining general tidiness in the store
- Coordinating inward stock and stock control
Note: Both roles will include preparing seed for customers, ensuring compliance and documentation is up to date.
Health and Safety is crucial on site so the ability to pass random drug tests throughout your employment is a must.

Seed dressing experience would be beneficial but is not a requirement as there will be on-going training.
