This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and influence, directly contributing to the quality of our products and our reputation in the market. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic and the desire to build a long-term career in seed processing or manufacturing.

Ideally, you’ll have:

•    Mechanical aptitude and/or a background in working with machinery
•    Strong attention to detail and quality standards
•    A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

•    Computer skills with an understanding or willingness to learn new systems
•    A forklift licence is an advantage but not essential (training will be provided).

What’s in it for you:

•    Competitive hourly rate with recognition for skills and performance, and strong earning potential
•    Life insurance, income protection, and health insurance subsidy
•    Full training, tools, and uniform provided
•    A supportive, safety-focused workplace where your contribution is valued
•    Friendly team environment with a flat management structure
•    An opportunity to operate state of the art seed processing equipment
•    Continuous learning with a focus on embracing new technologies
•    Clear opportunities for growth and progression

If you’re physically fit, reliable, and looking for a role where you can grow your skills and take on greater responsibility over time, we’d love to hear from you.
